Shipping Information
We strive to process and ship all orders quickly. Please review the following details regarding your delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are meticulously branded and prepared within **5-9 business days** (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Rate are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (after processing)
- International Shipping: 5-14 business days (after processing)
Return & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here is our policy for returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
Due to the hygienic nature of our premium cosmetics and our custom branding process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a “change of mind.” Items are only eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged or defective. Issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of the arrival date.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a resolution regarding a damaged item:
- You must provide a photo of the damaged product and its original packaging.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- You must include a copy of the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our Customer Support team at info@cosmeticanddrip.com with your Order Number and a clear photo of the damage within 7 days.
- Wait for a conformation email from our team regarding your replacement or refund status.
- Please note: Do not return items to the senders address on the package, as this will incur a processing fee and delay your refund.
